Giants 2021 NFL Draft Class
Yea, missing out on Devonta Smith hurts. It really hurts. Losing them to a division rival is a knife to the heart. Kadarius Toney is a very fun open field receiver who the Giants will likely utilize in the slot, but it was a bit of a reach, especially with Rashod Bateman and top pass rushers on the board. This is especially apparent considering how deep they already are at the WR position.
They would fill the pass rusher spot in round 2 with edge rusher Azeez Oljulari, who has shown flashes of stardom during his career in Georgia. Aaron Robinson is another valuable defensive player, as it seems the Giants will use him as their new slot cornerback.
The Giants have made the necessary offseason moves to stay on pace with the rest of the division, and should be legitimate contenders for the division in 2021.
