Bengals 2021 NFL Draft Class
I love Ja’Marr chase as a talent and believe he will succeed at the NFL level, but that was no the pick. Penei Sewell was the pick at 5. I understand the choice of taking Joe Burrow’s LSU teammate, however accounting for his long term health should be the number one priority, especially after his ACL tear in his rookie year.
Jackson Carman is a good second round pickup, however he will most likely have to move into guard to start his career. Edge rushers Joseph Ossai and Cameron Sample should serve as valuable rotational pass rushers immediately.
I do believe the Bengals were able to draft impact players, but they missed the mark on some key players that could have filled some much needed holes.
